ShogunFusion.io – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ShogunFusion.io (“Platform,” “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Web3-enabled NFT marketplace and minting platform operating on the Solana blockchain. By accessing or using the Site, minting NFTs, trading, or otherwise interacting with the ShogunFusion ecosystem, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility
To use this platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Not be located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where NFT interaction or crypto trading is prohibited by law.
2. Wallet Access
You must connect a supported Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare) to access minting and marketplace functions. Your wallet remains your sole responsibility. We do not store your keys or credentials.
3. Minting
All NFTs minted on ShogunFusion.io are created using smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain.
Once minted, NFTs are non-refundable and immutable.
It is your responsibility to confirm all details (art, metadata, utility, quantity, wallet) before finalizing a mint.
4. Marketplace Activity
ShogunFusion.io provides a platform to list, buy, and sell NFTs but does not act as a custodian or escrow.
All transactions are final and processed via smart contracts.
The platform may charge a transaction or royalty fee, as disclosed during listing or checkout.
5. Fusion Mechanic
Fusion allows users to combine eligible NFTs into new assets.
Fusion is irreversible. Once an NFT is fused, the original assets are burned or locked.
Any newly created fused NFTs are subject to the same terms and are treated as newly minted tokens.
6. Fees and Gas
You are responsible for all gas (transaction) fees associated with minting, fusing, buying, or selling NFTs on Solana. These fees are determined by the Solana network and not by ShogunFusion.io.
7. Intellectual Property
ShogunFusion.io and its original collections own the rights to the platform, code, and branded assets.
Ownership of an NFT does not grant you commercial rights to its artwork unless otherwise stated in the NFT metadata or associated license.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity.
Exploit smart contract bugs or manipulate fusion mechanics.
Upload or mint stolen content or infringing IP.
Violations will result in wallet blacklisting and potential legal action.
9. No Guarantees
NFTs are speculative digital assets. We do not guarantee future value, liquidity, price appreciation, or utility. Participation is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
ShogunFusion.io is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:
Loss of funds due to hacks, contract errors, wallet misuse, or market volatility.
Downtime or service interruptions.
Smart contract or blockchain malfunctions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction where ShogunFusion.io is registered or operated.
